Site purchase and vineyard development:

• I have been involved in the acquisition of many vineyards and grape supply arrangements.  This has given me a broad skill set and knowledge base.
• I can advise you (or your client) on purchasing or selling a vineyard – including site selection, due-diligence, purchase and sale negotiation​.​

• I can advise and provide practical support in all aspects of a vineyard development.
• Project work.

Vineyard operations:

• Advice and hands on involvement in all aspects of vineyard operations.  For large or small operations.
• Developing and managing operational plans.
• Developing and advising on vineyard budgets.
• Advising on improvements to optimise returns from your vineyard, and bottom line.
• Managing all aspects of harvest including planning, logistics management and review.
• Improving sustainability in your vineyard - advice on equipment choice, improving biodiversity, soil health, managing water and energy consumption.

Grape supply advice and negotiation:

• Advice and assistance in procuring or negotiating grape supply contracts.
• Relationship management with your contractor or wine company.
• Management of disputes.  Working to secure mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties.
• I have worked with growers throughout New Zealand, and can offer advice in any wine growing region.
